The indoor heated pool is amazing and perfect for kids. We paid over 200£ a night but had to bring our own towels. The two-bedroom caravan felt really crowded for our family of four.

great location but lacking some amenities
We enjoyed the super clean and well-maintained facilities throughout our stay. The heated indoor pool was fantastic for the kids, providing hours of fun, while the playground kept them entertained and active.
The absence of dining options on-site was a letdown.

great access to coastal walks and scenic viewpoints nearby
We really enjoyed our strolls to Bovisand Bay, which was just 500 meters away, and the breathtaking views at Plymouth Hoe that were less than 4 km from where we stayed. the central location made it easy for our family with children to explore the area and soak in the atmosphere, though it would have been better if the check-in time was earlier and check-out later, especially after paying top dollar.

Family with children definitely worth it
Everything looks new, super clean and well maintained. The indoor heated pool was a real game changer when traveling in the UK, it was amazing! The kids loved the playground, they didn't want to leave! We spent hours in the pool just making memories.
Now it wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Everything was super clean and looked new. We loved the indoor heated pool, especially with the UK weather! The kids enjoyed the playground too. Our two-bedroom caravan had a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, making it easy to cook our meals. Plus, the beach views were amazing!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the SW Coastal Park and even tried some golfing. The area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Recommend staying in a two-bedroom caravan. it was super comfortable. Lovely spot to unwind after a day of adventure!
The Wi-Fi signal was pretty weak during our stay, which was frustrating when we wanted to plan our next activities online.

The indoor heated pool was an absolute treat, especially on a gloomy UK day! Plus, the playground kept the kids entertained while we took in the stunning beach views—proper lovely, innit! Everything felt fresh and clean too.
Now, let’s have a natter about those missing towels and kitchen supplies—had to pack our own! The caravan was a bit snug for four, and we had a lie-down on the floor because those beds were like jelly, but we made it work.

The two-bedroom caravan delivered super clean and well-maintained accommodations. The indoor heated pool was a major plus, providing a warm escape from the unpredictable UK weather.
We shelled out over 200£ a night and had to bring our own towels, soap, and toilet paper—seriously? The kitchen supplies were minimal, offering only salt and pepper. cooking dinner felt like an exercise in improvisation. With check-in after 4pm and an early checkout at 9:30 am, it felt rushed, especially given the expectation to strip the bedding ourselves. The space felt a bit cramped for four of us, partly because the robust furniture made the two-bedroom caravan feel even smaller. To top it off, the beds were uncomfortable—more like water beds than anything else, leading to one of us crashing on the floor just to get some rest. Lastly, don’t plan on staying connected. the cellular reception was almost non-existent, and the WiFi struggled to keep up.
